KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise staff to ensure operations in the Kitchen area run smoothly and meet diners&039; needs.
Plan and arrange work schedules for subordinate personnel.
Ensuring that each dish served to customers meets quality, aesthetics and safety.
Assist the Chef in quantifying recipes and calculating prices for each item on the menu.
Divide each work item to other chefs according to the General requirements of the Head Chef
Assign tasks to the shift leaders in the kitchen.
Receive information about dishes or menus under your responsibility.
Coordinate with the Chef and Restaurant Manager to plan the menu.
Prepare dishes according to each customer&039;s request.
Ensure personnel in the management area work seriously, comply with regulations and meet restaurant and hotel standards.
Grasp culinary trends and change menus to meet customer tastes.
Yêu cầu công việc
Minimum of 4 years of experience in five star hotel or related.
Good knowledge of different types of cuisine such as western and Asian.
Positive attitude and Good communication skills.
Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends, days, afternoons and evenings.
Possess professional disposition with good communication and interpersonal skills.
