Bento Delivery & Store Staff (Japanese School Project) - Japanese N3 (open for Fresher)

The hired staff will be responsible for managing the bento delivery operations and supporting in- store activities after deliveries. The position requires someone kind and responsible, as the main customers are children, and physically fit to handle moderately heavy items (bento).
The company provides freshly prepared bento (lunch boxes) to the Japanese School in Ho Chi Minh City, delivering between 60–130 lunch boxes daily. This has become an important and growing business line for the company.
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
• Gradually take responsibility for the delivery and inventory management tasks
• Maintain good communication and relationships with internal staff and children in Japanese school
• Coordinate with logistics partners (1 logistics company currently handle deliveries for 2 carton boxes; additional deliveries require motorbike delivery by staff or arrange a car) *They usually delivery 3- 5 carton boxes.
• Manage purchasing and inventory of food materials and ingredients
• Ensure accurate order handling (orders are placed the day before delivery)
• Support daily shop operations after returning from delivery
• Deliver bento lunch boxes to the Japanese School (60–130 boxes per day)
