Communicates to his/her superior any difficulties, guest comments and other relevant information.
Maintains daily and monthly inventory.
Supports the Food and Beverage Service team by performing support duties including set up of functions, set up of food and beverage equipment, mini bar operations and assisting with the preparation of service.
Attends and participates in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled.
Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints.
Prepares daily requisition and stock are properly replenish accordingly.
Performs related duties and special projects as assigned.
Delivers beverage service of high standard and in accordance with departmental standards and procedures.
Establishes and maintains effective employee working relationships.

Good communication skill
Food service experience will general knowledge of restaurant operations preferred
Pro- active, honest.

Joining training courses according standard of Marriott.
