Bartender (Nhân Viên Pha Chế)

Support team morale and maintain positive relationships with colleagues. Uphold hotel image through professional behavior, appearance, and adherence to health, safety, and emergency procedures. Participate in training and meetings as required. Ensure all activities comply with legal and ethical standards. Actively engage with guests to gather feedback and contribute to the restaurant’s goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and set up bar stations efficiently, following established standards.
Monitor and manage beverage inventory, placing orders as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of bar area; report maintenance issues promptly.
Serve beverages promptly and courteously, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Possess comprehensive knowledge of drink and wine lists to answer guest queries.
Collaborate with stewarding and housekeeping teams to maintain smooth operations.
Assist in developing cocktail and coffee menus.
Implement upselling techniques to maximize restaurant revenue.
Perform cleaning duties in both front and back of house to uphold hygiene standards.

Able to handle a demanding workload
Interacts with both colleagues and occasionally with guests
Proven experience in hotel bars or similar upscale concepts
Good English and Local language skills

Thời lượng ca làm việc: 8 tiếng/ngày (bao gồm 30 phút nghỉ giữa ca).
Chế độ bảo hiểm: Được tham gia đầy đủ các chế độ bảo hiểm theo quy định của pháp luật.
Thời gian làm việc: 5 ngày/tuần, nghỉ 2 ngày linh hoạt.
