Bartender

- Establishes and maintains effective employee working relationships.
- Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints.
- Prepares daily requisition and stock are properly replenish accordingly.
- Attends and participates in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled.
- Maintains daily and monthly inventory.
- Supports the Food and Beverage Service team by performing support duties including set up of functions, set up of food and beverage equipment, mini bar operations and assisting with the preparation of service.
- Delivers beverage service of high standard and in accordance with departmental standards and procedures.
- Communicates to his/her superior any difficulties, guest comments and other relevant information.
- Performs related duties and special projects as assigned.

- Food service experience with general knowledge of restaurant operations preferred.
- Good English speaking & writing.
- College Degree and above in Resort Management, Food & Beverage, or related field.
- Pro- active, honest.
- At least 1 year of experience in related field
