Bar Supervisor

To engage in beverage preparation and service delivery as per the predetermined standards and sequence.
Complete the other tasks and jobs which assigned by the leader.
To execute all mise- en- place duties and responsibilities as directed on time, according to the predetermined standards.
Helps maintain standards of cleanliness by carrying out front and back of house cleaning duties as directed.
Handles customer standards of cleanliness by carrying out front and back of house cleaning duties as directed.
Helps maintain the outlet in top physical condition by reporting any engineering or housekeeping defects to supervisors.
Set up, open and close restaurant and bar areas.
Liaises with stewarding and housekeeping in operational matters to ensure the operation run smoothly.
Maintains beverage par stocks and places order accordingly.
Clean, sanitize and maintain restaurant and bar equipment and service areas.
To have thorough knowledge of the drink list and wine list and to be able to respond to guest inquiries.
To ensure that guest expectation are met or exceeded by providing an efficient, friendly and attentive service.
Maximizes revenue in the outlet by implementing up- selling procedures.

• Hard working, able to work under immense pressure and in a very fast paced working environment.
• Good health, mature and pleasant personality and very neat appearance.
• At least 3 year experience as the relevant position at 4 or 5 star international hotel/resort.
• Dynamic, innovative and self- motivated.
