Bar Manager

Organize internal training on mixology, wine knowledge, and soft skills to align with 5- star SOPs.
Develop creative beverage promotions, happy hours, and seasonal menus tailored to each outlet’s personality.
Monitor yields, minimize wastage, and ensure beverage costs remain within the approved budget.
Ensure accurate stock- taking and adherence to standard recipes to maintain consistency.
Maintain fast, efficient service for CCAD’s high- volume buffet, while cultivating a sophisticated and chill atmosphere for TOTT’s rooftop and pool guests.
Drive upselling techniques among staff to increase the average check.
Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Food & Beverage Manager.
Maintain and exceed guest satisfaction ratings by proactively resolving complaints and empowering the team to deliver "wow" moments.
Oversee daily beverage operations at both CCAD (Buffet/A la carte) and TOTT (Rooftop/Pool Bar) to ensure consistent presentation and 5- star quality.
Be present during peak hours to handle guest flow, render assistance, and ensure VIP guests are personally attended to.
Contribute to menu planning, pricing, and merchandising for wines, spirits, and signature cocktails.

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field; Sommelier or Mixology certifications are a plus.
- Strong command of English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.
- At least 2- 3 years in a Bar Manager or Assistant Bar Manager role, preferably in 4- 5 star hotels or high- end lounge/rooftop bars.
