Banquet Operations Manager

• Optimizes the Meetingwith proposals
• Responsible for allEvents/ Banqueting service quality and set up and in accordance with thespecifications validated by the Sales Manager, the Operations and MeetingsManager and customers
• Ensure minimumstandards are met at all times in the Event/Banquet areas, as per SOP’s andhotel policies
• Applies the brand’squality standards (SOP)
• Maximize businessopportunities, set up and cost reduction, without compromising standards
• Behaves and acts in anexemplary way, embodying the brand mindset
• Schedule team shiftsbased on business needs
