Monitor event setup, service, and breakdown to meet company standards.
Manage cost and labor to optimize banquet profitability.
Control inventory of banquet equipment and supplies.
The Banquet Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing banquet events to ensure high- quality service, guest satisfaction, and profitability.
Coordinate with kitchen, service, and sales teams to ensure smooth event operations.
Ensure customer satisfaction by handling requests, complaints, and special needs promptly.
Supervise banquet staff; provide training and daily briefing.
Plan, organize, and execute banquet functions including weddings, corporate events, and private parties.
Yêu cầu công việc
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Fluent in Vietnamese; English communication is a plus.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
At least 2–3 years of experience in banquet or F&B management.
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
