Backend Software Engineer

Test and propose new technologies to increase performance or improve the software development process.
Coordinate with the frontend team to ensure a consistent and effective user experience.
Analyze, design, and model business processes using BPMN.
Document solutions, share knowledge internally, and assist in training other team members.
Build and integrate modern backend applications (SpringBoot, Java/Kotlin) to support process execution.
Participate in the team&039;s daily Scrum/Kanban activities: sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with clients and the project team to gather requirements, identify bottlenecks, and find opportunities for improvement in current operational processes.
Implement modeled processes using BPM tools like Camunda (Camunda 8 preferred).

Knowledge

Proficient in Spring Boot with Java or Kotlin
Practical experience in business process modeling and automation.
Proficient with the Camunda BPM tool, with a preference for experience with Camunda 8.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.

Excellent English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing) for the work environment and complex technical discussions (C1 level).
Solid understanding of BPMN, system architecture, and the principle of clear separation between business logic and process logic.

Salary: Negotiable based on ability (60,000,000 VND or negotiable based on ability)
Allowance: Lunch allowance of 30,000 VND/day
