Backend Software Developer

We are looking for a Backend Software Developer who will work with our teams in various countries to develop high quality software solutions. We are expanding our engineering team in Vietnam and looking for curious, product- aware backend developers who enjoy solving real- world problems and want to grow with us.

Responsibilities:

Design and drive software architectures discussion based on business requirements
Contribute to product design and roadmap with product- oriented thinking
Participate in software development as a team member in an iterative development environment
Debug issues and come up with solutions
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs
Write high quality, maintainable software code
Mentor teammates and junior developers
Collaborate with product managers and development team to define, design, implement, and test software solutions
Take ownership of entire services or subsystems

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred candidate with experience in microservices or high- scale distributed systems
Knowledge of essential security design in infrastructure and software architectures
Preferred candidate with knowledge on blockchain concepts, especially EVM- compatible chains (e.g., Ethereum, Polygon)
Experience in testing, and writing production- ready code
Experience in version control tools (Git)
Preferred candidate with experience in management and deployment of cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure)
Preferred 2 or more years of experience in backend and API development
Proficiency in Go and/or Python (e.g. Django) development for backend services
Proficient in English language communication
Excellent problem- solving skills
Understanding of REST APIs, database systems, and backend fundamentals
Proficiency in SQL (MySQL/SQLite/PostgreSQL)
Demonstrate a good understanding of performance and complexity of algorithms
