We are seeking a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in backend development and a passion for building robust, scalable web applications.
The Senior Backend Engineer will play a crucial role in evolving and scaling our recruiting software solutions. The successful candidate will work in close collaboration with our Web Developers, Product Development, and Product Design teams to ensure our backend architecture supports the rapid deployment of new features.
Job Description
Upon joining the team, your responsibilities will include:
Develop and maintain APIs to ensure high performance, responsiveness, and scalability of our applications.
Engage in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including ideation, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Implement security and data protection measures, managing the storage and handling of sensitive user data.
Lead the integration of user- facing elements developed by front- end developers with server- side logic, ensuring optimal performance.
Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable backend code using Node.js, Golang, and Python.
Collaborate with front- end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience.
Research, evaluate, and implement new technologies and frameworks to optimize development processes and enhance product capabilities.
