Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in developing scalable, reliable, and high- performance backend services. You will be responsible for server- side web application logic and integration of the front- end part.
Key Responsibilities

Manage cutting- edge technologies to improve legacy applications
Write clean code to develop functional web applications
Build reusable code and libraries for future use
Follow emerging technologies
Perform UI tests to optimize performance
Gather and address technical and design requirements
Troubleshoot and debug applications
Provide training and support to internal teams
Collaborate with Front- end developers to integrate user- facing elements with server- side logic
Liaise with developers, designers, and system administrators to identify new features

Excellent verbal communication skills
Attention to detail
Good problem- solving skills
In- depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment)
Hands- on experience with Java, SpringBoot, Microservices
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Experience in the banking domain is a must
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Backend Developer
