Tham gia review code để học hỏi best practice và nâng cao chất lượng mã nguồn./ Participate in code reviews to learn best practices and improve code quality.
Tích hợp hệ thống backend với các hệ thống hoặc API bên ngoài./ Integrate backend services with external systems or APIs.
Thực hiện và tối ưu hóa truy vấn, chỉ mục và cấu trúc dữ liệu PostgreSQL để cải thiện hiệu suất./ Implement and optimize PostgreSQL queries, indexes, and schemas for better performance.
Góp phần vào thiết kế tính năng và đề xuất cải tiến cho hệ thống hiện có./ Contribute to feature design and suggest practical improvements to existing systems.
Phối hợp chặt chẽ với các đội frontend, QA và DevOps để đảm bảo quá trình triển khai tính năng diễn ra suôn sẻ./ Collaborate closely with frontend, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth feature delivery.
Tuân thủ quy trình quản lý mã nguồn và phân nhánh Git đúng chuẩn./ Follow proper Git branching and version control practices.
Nâng cao tiêu chuẩn lập trình và chủ động chịu trách nhiệm với các module được giao./ Continuously improve coding standards and take ownership of assigned modules
Phát triển và duy trì các dịch vụ backend bằng Java và Spring Boot./Develop and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Tối thiểu 1,5 năm kinh nghiệm phát triển backend bằng Java./ 1.5+ years of experience in backend development using Java.
• Hiểu rõ về Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate và phát triển RESTful API./ Good understanding of Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, and RESTful API development.
• Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với PostgreSQL hoặc các cơ sở dữ liệu quan hệ khác./ Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases. Thành thạo Git, Maven hoặc Gradle./ Familiarity with Git, Maven, or Gradle build tools.
• Có kiến thức cơ bản về kiến trúc phần mềm và lập trình hướng đối tượng./ Basic knowledge of software architecture and object- oriented programming.
• Ham học hỏi, sẵn sàng tiếp cận công nghệ mới và cải thiện hiệu suất backend./ Eagerness to learn new technologies and improve backend performance.
• Có khả năng làm việc độc lập với sự hỗ trợ từ lập trình viên cấp cao./ Ability to manage assigned work independently with support from senior developers.
• Quen thuộc với môi trường làm việc Agile và sử dụng công cụ như Jira, Confluence./ Work in an Agile environment using tools like Jira for task tracking and Confluence for documentation.
• Trình độ tiếng Anh trung cấp, có khả năng đọc tài liệu, viết ghi chú kỹ thuật và giao tiếp trong nhóm. Có thể trình bày ý tưởng kỹ thuật một cách rõ ràng bằng tiếng Anh khi cần thiết./ Intermediate English proficiency for reading documentation, writing technical notes, and communicating with the team. Ability to explain technical ideas clearly in English when needed.

Kỹ năng ưu tiên | Preferred (Bonus) Skills

Kiến thức cơ bản về các công cụ CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Jenkins)./ Basic knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
Có kinh nghiệm với các ngôn ngữ backend khác như Python hoặc Node.js./ Some experience with other backend languages such as Python or Node.js.
Hiểu biết về microservices hoặc message queue (Kafka, RabbitMQ)./ Understanding of microservices or message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
Kinh nghiệm làm việc với môi trường điện toán đám mây (AWS, Azure hoặc GCP)./ Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề tốt, chú ý chi tiết khi debug và kiểm thử./ Good problem- solving skills and attention to detail in debugging and testing.
Quen thuộc với Docker và phát triển ứng dụng dựa trên container./ Familiarity with Docker and container- based development.
