Job Description:

Build the future with us! We&039;re seeking a skilled Backend Developer to power our innovative applications. You&039;ll integrate cutting- edge graph capabilities with spatial data, collaborating closely with our talented Data conversion and Frond- end engineers to bring groundbreaking ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust backend systems and APIs that form the backbone of our applications.
Implement and manage secure application API key management systems, ensuring the integrity and protection of our services.
Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from conceptualization and design to deployment and ongoing maintenance.
Work in close partnership with Frontend Engineers to define and deliver API specifications, and with ML Engineers to integrate machine learning models into our backend infrastructure.
Seamlessly integrate and optimize PostgreSQL with PostGIS for efficient handling of complex spatial datasets, alongside Apache AGE for powerful graph database capabilities.

Proven experience in backend development, with a strong portfolio of building and deploying production- grade applications.
Thorough familiarity with RESTful API design principles and best practices, ensuring clear, consistent, and efficient communication.
Demonstrable experience with Apache AGE or a strong, enthusiastic interest and aptitude to quickly master graph database concepts and their application.
A solid understanding and practical experience in implementing secure API key management strategies.
Proficiency with Git for version control, collaborative development, and effective branching strategies.
Exceptional proficiency in at least one modern backend programming language such as Python, Java, Node.js, or Go.
Deep expertise in PostgreSQL and PostGIS, including advanced querying, performance tuning, and schema design for spatial data.
