Back end Dev (JavaScript, NodeJS)

Lead the development of backend applications using Node.js and related frameworks such as Express or NestJS, with a primary focus on blockchain integration.
Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in blockchain technology and leverage them to enhance our projects
Drive all phases of the software development lifecycle for blockchain projects, including requirements gathering, architecture design, coding, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate closely with cross- functional teams to design, implement, and maintain blockchain- based software solutions.
Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices and methodologies for blockchain development.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of blockchain applications to ensure scalability, security, and optimal performance.

Demonstrated expertise in building RESTful APIs, working with databases, and implementing web services.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Familiarity with load balancer technologies, including NGINX, HAProxy, or AWS Elastic Load Balancer (ELB), for distributing incoming traffic across multiple servers to ensure scalability and high availability.
Excellent problem- solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing technical challenges.
Proficiency in version control systems such as Git.
Previous experience in a leadership or mentorship role within a development team.
Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and its services, such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and IAM, for cloud- based deployment and infrastructure management.
Previous involvement in building decentralized applications (dApps) that utilize smart contracts for automating business logic and transactions on the blockchain.
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Strong understanding of blockchain principles and protocols, such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, or similar.
Proficiency in working with message queue systems, such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or AWS SQS, for asynchronous communication and task processing.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Hands- on experience with smart contract development on blockchain platforms, particularly Ethereum, using languages such as Solidity.
Proven experience in backend development using Node.js and JavaScript.
Familiarity with blockchain development tools and platforms, such as Truffle, Remix, or Web3.js, for smart contract deployment, testing, and interaction.
