- Tư vấn chuyên sâu cho khách hàng về phòng ngừa, điều trị và theo dõi các bệnh lây truyền qua đường tình dục.
- Tư vấn kế hoạch điều trị cá nhân hóa, phối hợp với kết quả xét nghiệm từ phòng lab.
- Khám và chẩn đoán các bệnh lý sản khoa, tiết niệu liên quan đến HPV và STI.
Examination & Consultation
- Theo dõi tiến triển điều trị, hẹn tái khám, và phối hợp với phòng xét nghiệm để kiểm soát hiệu quả điều trị.
- Provide detailed advice to clients on prevention, treatment, and follow- up care for sexually transmitted infections.
- Offer personalized treatment plans based on each client’s needs, in coordination with lab test results.2. Điều trị & Theo dõi
- Examine and diagnose gynecological and urological conditions related to HPV and STIs.
- Chỉ định điều trị thuốc hoặc can thiệp thủ thuật nhỏ (nếu trung tâm được cấp phép).
- Hỗ trợ điều trị các vấn đề tiết niệu liên quan đến HPV hoặc STI, như viêm niệu đạo, viêm bàng quang.
Treatment & Follow- up
- Support the treatment of urological issues related to HPV or STIs, such as urethritis or bladder infections3. Hợp tác chuyên môn
- Prescribe medications or perform minor procedures (if permitted by the center’s license).
- Monitor treatment progress, schedule follow- up visits, and work with the lab team to ensure effective results.
- Tham gia tư vấn chuyên môn cho các chương trình đào tạo, truyền thông sức khỏe của công ty, đại diện Công ty tham gia, phát biểu tại các buổi giao lưu học thuật, hội thảo chuyên môn trong và ngoài Công ty.
- Đề xuất cải tiến quy trình khám – xét nghiệm nhằm nâng cao trải nghiệm khách hàng.
- Làm việc cùng đội ngũ xét nghiệm để đánh giá kết quả và đưa ra chẩn đoán chính xác.
- Hỗ trợ đào tạo nhân viên y tế về nhận biết sớm và xử lý ban đầu các ca lâm sàng.
Professional Collaboration
- Recommend improvements to the examination and testing processes to enhance the client experience.
- Ghi chép hồ sơ khám, điều trị và báo cáo ca bệnh đầy đủ, chính xác theo quy định của Bộ Y tế.
- Work closely with the laboratory team to review test results and provide accurate diagnoses.
- Tham gia tổng hợp dữ liệu, báo cáo định kỳ về tình hình khách hàng liên quan đến HPV/STI.
- Provide professional input for the company’s training and health communication programs, and represent the company by speaking at internal and external academic meetings, seminars, and professional conferences.4. Quản lý hồ sơ & Báo cáo
- Support the training of medical staff in early detection and initial management of clinical cases.
Record Management & Reporting
- Keep complete and accurate records of examinations, treatments, and case reports in line with the Ministry of Health regulations.
- Assist in compiling data and preparing regular reports on clients related to HPV and STIs
