Job Objectives
• Apply analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies and recommend actionable deliveries to improve business performance, supporting business to achieve their KPI
• Understand the industry standards and practices and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to manage campaign framework with experience in Credit Card and Personal Loan as a plus
• Ensure data provided for campaigns are timely and accurately provided to stakeholders
Job Responsibilities
• Manage campaign end to end process to ensure communications are sent to the right customers at the right time with the right offer and right communication channel
• Enhance campaign process to fasten turn around time on campaign delivery within accepted risk and control level
• Build campaign tracking framework to monitor on- going campaigns
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve customer journey
• Ensure campaigns are run within approved Campaign Framework
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize campaigns to be run in the month
• Translate data into consumer or customer behavioral insights to drive tarting and segmentation strategies, and communicate clearly and effective to business partners and senior leads all findings
• Conduct analysis and provided well- reasoned recommendations to amplify/modify campaigns to achieve campaign target and meet financial plan
• Identifies data patterns & trends, and provide insights to enhance business decision making capability in business planning, process improvement, solution assessment, etc.
