B2C Inbound Sales Executive - Income Up To 50 Million VND/Month - Work In Hanoi & Ho Chi Minh City

Perform other tasks as assigned by the Department Head or Board of Management.
Prepare quotations, provide professional consultation, and persuade customers to purchase company services following luxury travel standards.
Develop and execute B2C sales plans for luxury travel products.
Consult and sell SJourney- Vietnam Luxury Express rail journeys, as well as tailored Pre- tour & Post- tour services based on customers’ preferences and expectations.
Coordinate closely with Operations, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to ensure a seamless customer journey before, during, and after the trip.
Prepare periodic sales reports (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annually) for direct managers.
Handle inquiries from international customers (English required) via online platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Tawk.to, Email, and Website.
Proactively propose ideas and contribute to management discussions to expand international markets and enhance products.

Proactive, responsible, service- oriented, and passionate about luxury travel experiences.
Good understanding of international customer expectations.
Experience in B2C sales in travel, hospitality, or luxury services is a strong advantage.
Strong communication, consulting, negotiation, and customer- care skills.
Fluent English communication skills (spoken & written).
