B2B Supervisor (Data Admin)

Responsibility 1: Processing and managing data, making reports
- Make non- periodic reports at the request of line manager.
- Extract data from the system, make daily sales reports of all stores;
- Update client data, manage client list
- Make monthly KPI reports and inform to stores after the report is approved;
Responsibility 2: Handling administrative work
- Support sales team to make quotation, follow up orders;
- Perform work related to documents and procedures such as making Drafts, Contracts, Official letters... and other related documents;
- Check overdue debt & follow up payment schedule.
Responsibility 3: Handling administrative work
- Monitor the contract term and remind sales staff to complete the renewal procedures on time.
- Keep & manage contracts, contract addendums and contract documents;

Professional Certificate/Specialization: Bachelor
Major: Business Administration, Economics, ...
Education level: University or above
Expertise:

- Understand how to get data from the system and organize it logically
- Knowledge of administrative work, paperwork, clerical work;

Necessary skills

- Good at Excel;
- Eager to learn and cultivate knowledge
- Ability to work under high pressure.
- Careful, meticulous, especially when handling data
- Good teamwork and communication skills;
- Agility and flexibility in work;
