JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate closely with Operations and Technical teams to ensure service quality and client satisfaction.
Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
Plan, coordinate, and execute sales and marketing activities.
Propose and implement effective sales strategies to improve performance in assigned markets.
Proactively develop and manage executive- level client relationships, building a profitable portfolio through lead generation, qualification, consultation, negotiation, and closing.
Support ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
Manage the full sales cycle end- to- end, including pre- sales and post- sales activities (client meetings, presentations, tenders, quotations, proposals, delivery, and invoicing) in a timely manner.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
Align sales efforts with the company&039;s global strategy, focusing on high- potential industries and regions.
Maintain accurate and up- to- date records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client communications in the CRM system.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field. A background in Chemistry, Engineering, or Physics is an advantage.
Experience:
Strong sales drive, independence, maturity, and high integrity.
Experience in selling technical services within the Inspection, Testing, and Certification (TIC) industry, or working with global Supply Chain / Quality / Sourcing teams is a strong advantage.
Ambitious, with a desire to grow in a fast- paced environment and take on future leadership roles.
Proven track record in B2B sales, with the ability to generate leads, prospect, and close high- value deals.
Excellent command of written and spoken English is required; Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
Ability to work flexible hours aligned with target markets.
Junior Sales: 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales
Senior Sales: 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales
Willingness to travel as required
WORKING TIME & JOB LOCATION
Working time: Monday – Friday (8:30 – 17:30 or 9:00 – 18:00)
Job location: Lot R3, Van Dat Building, CN8 Street, Tan Binh Industrial Park, Tay Thanh Ward, Tân Phú District, Ho Chi Minh City
