Job Description
Create Strategic Video Content
Lead end- to- end production of both short- form (reels, expert bites, case study snippets) and long- form (interviews, webinars, brand films) video content for B2B marketing campaigns.
Build content for Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Website, etc.— always optimized for format, audience, and business goal.
Communicate Value through Content
Develop content that clearly communicates our expertise, showcases real business outcomes, and reinforces PMAX’s value to clients and partners.
Collaborate with our Expertise teams to translate abstract ideas into content that’s easy to understand, engaging to watch, and aligned with PMAX’s tone and mood.
Lead the Creative Process
Oversee the full production cycle—from concept and storyboarding, to shooting and editing—balancing creative innovation with strategic objectives.
Keep pace with emerging formats, editing tools, and B2B storytelling best practices; propose and test new ideas to drive continuous improvement.
Optimize for Real Impact
Track and analyze performance metrics to guide content refinement and maximize ROI.
Build a structured content library of reusable assets and templates to streamline production and support scalability.
Job Requirements
Skills & Knowledge & Qualification
Must have
Confident in both English and Vietnamese storytelling
Strong project management and organizational skills; detail- oriented under tight deadlines
1 year of experience in video production or content creation — you’ve shipped creative work that speaks to a professional or business audience.
Strong sense of ownership. You’re hands- on, independent, and care deeply about craft and clarity.
Portfolio that shows both creative thinking and structured execution — not just viral trends, but stories that drive understanding and action.
Analytical thinking and problem- solving ability
Growth mindset, ownership mentality, and adaptability in a fast- moving environment
Skilled in shooting, editing, and visual storytelling. Tools you’re comfortable with: Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, After Effects, CapCut, Canva, etc.
Experience in working with cross- functional teams and managing external vendors
Good to have
Awareness of how AI, MarTech, or data tools can enhance B2B marketing effectiveness
Experience in B2B, consulting, or digital marketing industries.
