RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY
Partnership Identification and Development
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of partnership prospects and opportunities.
Investigate programs and facilitate internal collaboration to enhance output by aligning teams, fostering synergy, and optimizing workflow processes.
Explore expansion opportunities and drive business development initiatives by identifying new markets, assessing growth potential, and cultivating strategic partnership.
Proactively identify and prioritize potential strategic partnership opportunities aligned with the company&039;s business objectives and target markets.
Partnership Negotiation and Activation
Lead partnership negotiations, including contract development, pricing discussions, and agreement terms, to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes and alignment with business goals.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams (Sourcing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, etc.) to develop and implement partnership activation plans, including resource allocation, project timelines, and deliverables.
Actively communicate the objectives & progress to the stakeholders based on aligned success metrics, deep- dive on arising issues and take reaction plans to ensure high- quality deliverables at a timely manner.
Conduct regular weekly business reviews, quarterly business reviews with strategic partners to troubleshoot issues, assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize partnership strategies.
Partnership Performance Management and Optimization
Resolve operational issues promptly to uphold account integrity and adherence to regulatory standards, ensuring optimal performance and account health.
Work on ongoing Sales development projects that strongly bond with the hyper growth across product selections, channels, platforms, sources (supply- based) and markets (demand- based) of the company.
Track sales performance and compare the results to our established goals (daily, weekly, monthly, and annually)
Sell- in Strategy Development
Setup strategic product pricing strategy and conduct quotation process with buyers. Analyze market trends and cost structures to optimize pricing tiers and promotional tactics. Conduct financial analysis to assess revenue projections and margin requirements.
Maintain open communication channels and utilize data- driven insights for continuous refinement of the pricing strategy.
Conduct sell- in forecasting to predict future sales performance and serve strategic decision- making.
