Mô tả công việc

Prepare quotation, sales contract, and other supporting documents
Ensure that of cooperating with Operations conform to laws, policies, rules and regulations of the relevant authorities and the company
Make plans to search, visit, and approach customers to increase new and potential customers.
Make presentations, provide product support, and perform other sales and marketing functions as needed by existing or potential customers.
Be directly responsible for B2B freight sales development and with targets
Contribute to the identification of specific business opportunities and participate in development of new or modified service offerings
Any others additional task and duties as required by the airfreight director
Find the best rates and airlines to forward freight.
Develop the image and brand name of Company in the market
Work hand in hand with other departments to know of any scheduling changes, freight space shortages, and even customer requests.
Travel for business as and when required
Support and resolve customer inquiries as well as arising problems.
Monitor and coach the freight sales team to expand their capabilities and get the target as the company’s plan
Continuously try to improve the freight charges by doing research on all existing airlines and co- load partners.
Help establish and direct the development and implementation of short- term and long- term business plans for the company and to oversee preparation of divisional sales budgets in support of these plans
Make sales plans based on assigned target and ensure them feasibly and followed practically to meet the target.
Represent the company in business associations
Keep and maintain good relationships with customers.
Plan and implement Sales and Marketing strategies directly report to the airfreight director.
Perform any other duties as assigned by airfreight assistant manager and airfreight director.
Makes sure that he/she is informed in case of any delays, so that he can contact both sender and receiver.

Yêu cầu công việc

Have knowledge of different airlines and freight forwarders and types of air cargo, both local and international.
A college degree or above in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
Strong communication skills
Familiar with MS Word and Excel and comfortable using IT applications
Creative logistics thinking and fast learner.
Good communication in English is a must
At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the airfreight transportation and logistics industry.
Good customer orientation
Airfreight sales manager must be driven, organized and resourceful.
Must strive for accuracy all the time and have good communication and customer service skills.
