AWS Cloud Lead

• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and best practice guidance to DevOps and cloud engineers.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
• Deploy, manage, and optimize Red Hat OpenShift clusters (ROSA / ARO / On- premise).
• Ensure cloud security, IAM policies, network segmentation, and compliance controls aligned with banking standards.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, or Tekton.
• Drive performance optimization and cost optimization initiatives across AWS environments.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to deliver cloud- native solutions.
• Lead the design and implementation of AWS cloud architecture ensuring high availability, scalability, and resilience for banking systems.
• Oversee containerization and migration of applications to Kubernetes/OpenShift environments.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD, or similar tools.
• Extensive hands- on experience with AWS cloud services, including EC2, VPC, IAM, EKS, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, ELB/ALB, Route53, Lambda, and networking components.
• Experience managing ROSA (Red Hat OpenShift on AWS) or on- premise/OpenShift Dedicated clusters.
• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Experience working in banking, fintech, or financial services projects is a strong advantage.
• Good understanding of Linux systems, networking, and cloud security best practices.
• Strong expertise in Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) including installation, configuration, cluster administration, monitoring, day- 2 operations, and troubleshooting.
• Solid knowledge of Kubernetes architecture and container orchestration, including pods, deployments, operators, CRDs, services, and cluster networking.
