JOB OVERVIEW• We are looking for a highly experienced Automation Test Expert to join our dynamic team in Ho Chi Minh City. The ideal candidate is an Expat with excellent English skills, who possesses deep expertise in test automation, has worked across multiple domains, and is passionate about building high- quality software systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Requirements & Compliance – Propose automation solutions, manage documentation, and ensure standard
• Lead Test Automation – Define and implement strategies for large, multi- domain projects.
• Advisory & Collaboration – Guide clients on best practices; work with PM, BA, DEV, and QA for alignment.
• Automation Development – Design, build, and maintain automated and performance test suites.
• Mentorship & Standards – Coach junior testers and improve testing methodologies.

• Solid understanding of software development life cycle (Agile/Scrum & Waterfall).
• 12+ years in Software Quality Engineering & Test Automation
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB Advanced, Certified Automation Professional) are an advantage.
• 5+ years in QA leadership roles managing teams of 10–20+ people
• Experience working directly with end- users and international clients is a strong plus.
• Excellent command of English (both written and verbal)
• Experience in performance testing and Agile test management.
• Strong experience in building and scaling test automation frameworks (Selenium, Appium, Cypress, or similar).
• Excellent problem analysis, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to consult, propose, and implement independent testing solutions for clients.
• Experience in mentoring and leading QA/Testing teams is preferred.
