AUTOMATION LEADER + SENIOR – ECOM

Create & manage bug reports and communicate with the team;
QC should able to perform Test Automation and setting up frameworks on multiple application platforms like Web, Android, Ios and backend systems;
Report daily progress/issues to management and client representatives;
Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open- source tools;
Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback;
Oversee the development of automation test scripts for web applications using Selenium with Java and JavaScript;
Other related duties as assigned
Training & Mentoring of QC team members;
Investigate the causes of non- conforming software and train users to implement solutions;
Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts;
Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet the day- by- day needs;
Create detailed, comprehensive, and well- structured test plans and test cases;
Utilize automation testing frameworks, tools, and best practices to drive team efficiency and productivity;

Able to prioritize tasks and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
3+ years of experience with leader’s position for team size >=4 member
Strong understanding of software development and quality testing methodologies.
Experience in API testing: using Postman and Swagger.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
Knowledge and understanding of end- user behavior on e- commerce platforms.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information
Systems, or related fields.
Experience working in the Ecommerce/Shopify/Magento/Payment domains.
Familiar with SQL.
Good logical and system thinking.
5+ years of experience in manual testing and 3+ years of experience in automation testing

Willingness to learn new skills related to automation testing, performance testing, etc.
Ability to work under pressure.
Candidates with testing- related certifications are preferred.
