Ass.officer RDD - Innovation Engineer

Project follow up:
• Training and hand- over automation to end users
• Work directly with equipment suppliers for technical clarification, trial execution, installation, and feedback.
• Work with IE team to collect machine data, analyze performance, and generate reports for decision- making
• Study and evaluate automation machines.
• Identify automation opportunities by analyzing current processes, proposing technical solutions, and supporting factory rollout
• Act as a bridge between QA, Production, Maintenance, IE, and R&D to gather requirements and align deployment plans.
Willing to travel locally & abroad
• Exhibition
• Join training courses at other factories
Perform other duties as assigned by direct report

Education

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.

Professional Experience

At least 1 year of hands- on experience in automation or engineering roles, preferably within manufacturing or the garment industry.

Technical Skills

Knowledge of industrial sensors and control systems
Proficiency in using CAD software, Excel, and simulation tools
Basic machine troubleshooting skills

Language Skills

Basic proficiency in English.
