ROLES:
We are building Vietnam’s leading pre- loved luxury retail concept, combining heritage craftsmanship with modern resale values of sustainability and circular fashion. As the Assistant Retail & Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of resale luxury goods business. This is a dynamic role that requires a good blend of retail expertise and operational excellence. This role supports both client engagement and back- end operational processes including authentication, inventory, and logistics.
Retail Operations
Support execution of marketing and promotional activities within stores.
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment that upholds our luxury standards.
Ensure store SOPs (service, sales, VM, security, stock handling) are strictly followed.
Supervise daily operations across boutique and website.
Drive KPIs (sales, client retention, stock turnover, margin).
Pre- Loved Authentication & Inventory Control
Ensure a smooth flow of communication and data between the physical store and the 3rd party to streamline our processes.
Coordinate with the provider on all matters related to the pricing and authentication of our products.
Address any issues or service needs by working with the provider to find a timely solution.
Act as the main point of contact with 3rd party authenticator.
Oversee photography and web content, ensuring all visuals and descriptions are high- quality and accurate.
Monitor stock mix to maximize sell- through and margin contribution.
Maintain accurate stock management: inventory reconciliation, rotation, and consignment.
Client Experience & Service Excellence
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally, focusing on a high level of customer satisfaction.
Develop clienteling initiatives to build trust and repeat purchase
Assist in curating and maintaining a collection of high- quality products on the sales floor
Train and guide sales associates on luxury service standards and storytelling around pre- loved value.
Business & Financial Support
Assist in preparing sales reports, P&L tracking, and OPEX/CAPEX requests.
Monitor operational costs and propose efficiency improvements.
Support business expansion (new stores, pop- ups, e- commerce rollouts).
Team Leadership & Development
Coach, motivate, and evaluate front- line staff performance.
Foster a culture of collaborations, effectiveness and ownership.
Ensure adherence to company, and compliance standards.
