• Plan, organize, and execute tasks to achieve operational goals
• Work collaboratively and drive results through teamwork
• Comply with corporate procedures and support management as required
• Communicate effectively and make sound decisions under pressure
• Coach, motivate, and support employees; address concerns promptly
• Build strong relationships with guests to drive repeat business
• Create and maintain a positive, motivated, and service- oriented work environment
• Handle guest complaints proactively and follow through until fully resolved
• Deliver excellent customer service and uphold brand service standards
Yêu cầu công việc
High school diploma or GED; 3 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
2- year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 1 year experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
