Your Role
As the Assistant L&D Manager, you will work closely with the Head of L&D (Operations) to bring learning to life — from training design to delivery. Your goal? Help our frontline teams grow their confidence, elevate their service mindset, and turn daily operations into moments that make guests feel at home.
Key Responsibilities
Bring energy and creativity to workshops, on- the- floor coaching, and digital learning.
Integrate training outcomes into performance and growth conversations.
Track impact and continuously improve based on feedback and results. Create Onboarding Magic
Co- create and execute learning programs that boost service excellence, teamwork, and operational performance.
Maintain updated records, schedules, and SOP libraries.
Identfy training needs and craft meaningful learning experiences that fit real workplace moments.
Share insights with leaders to celebrate progress and find opportunities to grow further.
Partner with Residence Managers and Ops Leaders to reinforce learning in daily routines.
Design and deliver hands- on training on guest experience, grooming, upselling, complaint handling, and SOPs.
Share M Village culture, values, and service standards in inspiring, interactive ways.Keep Learning Flowing
Track completion, engagement, and performance using internal tools or an LMS.
Tailor training for each team (Front Office, F&B, Butler, etc.) while keeping the M Village service spirit consistent. Connect Learning with Operations
Plan resources and timelines to support new openings and peak seasons. Make Learning Come Alive
Build onboarding experiences that help new members feel welcome, confident, and connected from day one.
