Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

· Drive service excellence and ensure brand standards are met consistently
· Support the Cluster DOO in daily operations across multiple outlets
· Develop and support the F&B team in delivering exceptional service.
· Support cost control, inventory, and departmental administration
· Monitor operational performance, guest feedback, and staff productivity
· Assist with menu implementation, promotions, and events coordination

· Proactive, organized, solution- driven mindset
· Experience in a supervisory or assistant management role in F&B
· Fluent in English and Vietnamese
· Passion for hospitality, service culture & creating standout guest moments
· Ability to work across diverse teams and multiple venues
· Strong leadership, communication, and people- management skills
