Assistant Finance Supervisor [Onboard 2026]

JOB SUMMARYThis position focuses on purchasing finance, emphasizing cost analysis (e.g., materials/BOM), supplier data analytics and sourcing KPIs. The role supports the Senior Supervisor in Vietnam and the Manager in Hong Kong in collaborating with cross- functional partners to prepare and consolidate information for specific projects and regular analyses related to the Asia and Mexico businesses, including Vietnam.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES- Support the Senior Supervisor in Vietnam and the Manager in Hong Kong by collaborating with cross- functional partners to prepare and consolidate information for specific projects and regular analyses related to the Asia and Mexico businesses, including Vietnam.
- Collaborate with the IT team on process improvement and automation projects.
- Build, maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards.
- Work closely with local and oversea Sourcing Teams (Purchasing) and other Finance teams to conduct various analyses, including cost and suppliers data analysis, by collecting and consolidating information from multiple teams, departments and systems.
- Prepare and develop monthly reports and detail analyses, such as material cost variance impact, project updates, monthly changes and trends, key findings and explanations.
- Perform other duties or projects within the Purchasing Finance team as assigned or needed
- Support the creation of presentation slides for the Sourcing department&039;s KPI and CEO review during Annual Budget and Quarter Review as needed.
- Assist in the annual budget review and preparation process.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Audit/Accounting
Experience
- At least 4 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or audit.

- Strong presentation and reporting skills are a plus.

- Candidates with more experience could be considered as supervisor.
Knowledge
- Finance/costing or purchasing background preferred.

- Advanced computer literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
Functional Skills
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.

- Detail- oriented, organized, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.

- Able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

- Analytical mindset with strong business acumen and excellent communication skills.

- Strong in cross- functional collaboration. Experience in leading or working with cross- functional teams across countries, especially with IT on process improvement projects, is preferred.

- Experience in manufacturing is strongly preferred.
