Brand Strategy & Planning
Translate market research and consumer behavior analysis into actionable brand strategies and initiatives.
Define brand messaging and value proposition based on consumer insights and market trends.
Develop and implement annual/quarterly brand plans, including brand positioning, consumer targeting, and product roadmap.
Integrated Marketing Campaigns
Build and execute KOL/KOC strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
Partner with creative, digital, media, and production agencies, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure impactful execution.
Lead the planning and execution of 360° marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, Digital, Social, PR, KOLs, Events).
New Product Development & Launch
Work closely with R&D, Supply Chain, and Sales to support new product development.
Drive go- to- market strategies and launch campaigns for new products.
Align with Trade Marketing, Sales, and E- commerce teams to ensure consistent brand execution across all channels.
Brand Performance & Optimization
Manage and track marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
Oversee brand visibility in- store and online, ensuring consistency in brand image and consumer experience.
Monitor campaign effectiveness through KPIs, ROI, and media performance, and recommend optimizations.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing roles (preferably in FMCG, beauty, personal care, or lifestyle brands).
- Proven experience in leading end- to- end marketing campaigns and brand building.
Strategic thinking with hands- on execution capability.
- Strong project management and analytical skills.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Vietnamese; good command of English is a plus (for reporting or regional brands).
