Assistant Brand Manager

Maintain up- to – date guard- books of own and competitors advertising, merchandising materials and marketing activities.
Monitor actual ATL & BTL spending of the designated brand and update Brand Manager its status on monthly basic.
In conjunction with Brand Manager, coordinate with Sales Manager/Executive in organizing consumer /trade activities.
Work with promotion and sales team and make regular market visits to enhance market understanding.
Provide ad- hoc assistance when required.
Assistant Brand Manager in new product development projects from concept to launch involving artwork designers’ contacts, packaging & suppliers’ contacts, tests, surveys.
Provide Assistant Brand Manager in marketing activities such as consumer promotion, event organizing, outdoor ads, media booking/monitoring (working with Trade Marketing Sales, Media Manager in the process).
In conjunction with Brand Manager, coordinate with R&D and Operations teams in product development process.

Open mindset, quickly adapt to changes.
Graduated Bachelor of Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
Hard- working, careful, meticulous, and able to work under high pressure.
Analytical & problem solving.
Good computer skills, good Word and Excel software skills.
Basic English reading comprehension and response skills.
At least 03- 05 year of experienced in Brand MKT Management in Milk, Food & Beverage and FMCG field.
