Creative Strategy & Concept Development
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Copywriters, and Account Teams to develop breakthrough
creative concepts aligned with client objectives.
• Translate campaign strategies into compelling visual ideas and brand stories.
• Ensure alignment of visual identity with the brand&039;s positioning and message.
Visual Direction & Design Leadership
• Oversee the visual execution of all creative deliverables from concept to production.
• Provide direction and feedback to designers, illustrators, and external production partners.
• Maintain high standards of visual excellence, originality, and attention to detail.
Client Collaboration & Presentation
• Interpret client feedback and translate into actionable revisions.
• Build trusted relationships with clients through creative consultation and delivery.
• Present creative concepts and design rationale to clients with confidence and clarity.
Cross- functional Collaboration
• Work closely with project managers, account teams, and production units to ensure creative
deliverables meet project timelines and quality standards.
• Participate in brainstorms, internal reviews, and post- campaign evaluations.
Mentorship & Team Development
• Mentor junior designers and creatives to elevate team capability.
• Foster a collaborative, curious, and creatively ambitious culture.

Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a creative agency or brand environment, with a strong portfolio of work
across activation, digital, and brand design.
Skills & Competencies
• Excellent communication, presentation, and creative leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong visual storytelling and design sensibility across multiple channels.
• Passion for brand experience, cultural trends, and innovation.
