JOB SUMMARY:The Area Sales Manager (ASM) for the Topicals Product Group (Teoxane- Cosmetics, Skingenuity, Stratpharma) is responsible for achieving sales growth, expanding market share, and ensuring excellent customer service within the assigned region. The role includes developing and executing the regional business plan, managing the sales budget, and ensuring the effective performance of the sales team.
The ASM directly manages relationships with existing customers, including hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies, while proactively expanding new customer networks. This position requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent English communication skills. Candidates with experience working with healthcare professionals (HCPs) such as doctors or hospitals are preferred.

Business Planning & Budget Control
Develop, execute, and track the regional sales and business plan for the Topicals line.
Manage and optimize the sales budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
Sales Management & Performance Tracking
Monitor and analyze regional sales data, KPIs, and market performance.
Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure sustainable growth.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Identify, approach, and develop new potential customers to expand the Topicals business.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Market Development & Competitor Analysis
Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitors’ activities to identify growth opportunities.
Recommend effective sales strategies to strengthen market presence.
Team Leadership & Development
Conduct regular training to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Lead, coach, and motivate sales representatives to ensure high performance.
Reporting & Communication
Coordinate closely with cross- functional departments (Marketing, Medical, Supply Chain).
Prepare accurate business reports and forecasts for management.
