Architecture Design Assistant Manager (Fluent English - Condominium Or Detached House Project) ~ 33 - 41 Mill Vnd [27059 - Ba Dinh , Hanoi]

- Manage project trackers and ensure deadlines are met.
- Participate in concept design, architectural design, basic design, technical and construction design stage to review and improve the project design.
- Other relevant tasks on request.
- Giving ideas with partner to create things that can attract customer such as iconic design, attractive amenities, nice landscape, and Interior design.
- Assist in architectural research and data gathering for feasibility studies and strategic initiatives.
- Assist the Senior Design Manager and design team with scheduling, meeting coordination, documentation or any tasks on request.
- Take on increasing responsibility for project management and coordination over time.
- Handle routine administrative tasks, such as email management, file organization, document translation etc.
- Support the development of IT and engineering teams.
- Coordinate communication between project teams and stakeholders.
* Working time: 8 am- 5 pm Mon- Fri

- Knowledge and experience in designing architecture for a condominium or detached house project
- Bachelor’s degree in business architecture department.
- Good in English (writing and speaking) (Upper- Intermediate Level)
- Age: 27- 32
- Hand sketching skill
- More than 5 years’ experience Background in architecture, construction, real estate, or related fields is preferred but not required
- Will be based in Hanoi, but sometime have business trips to Hai Phong or HCM
- Having experience working in a Japanese Company (Especially in Real Estate is a plus)
