OPPORTUNITY
- We are seeking a highly motivated and detail- oriented individual to join our team as an Alumni and Development Collaborator. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting a comprehensive alumni engagement strategy, including the creation of policies, frameworks, reporting dashboards, and the management of alumni- related initiatives. The position involves close collaboration with vendors, external partners, internal teams, and various stakeholders to ensure successful alumni engagement and philanthropy efforts.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Support in the process of development of new programs/ initiatives (such as inbound exchange programs, UG/PGT degree, Executive education programs...).
Coordinate and manage activities for inbound/outbound students to VinUniversity.
Support faculty in charge in Leadership Framework & its relevant tasks including Leadership Boot camp.
Support in all external enga.gement activities (e.g., Advisory Board, Industrial Chairs, Faculty in Practice, Guest Speaker)
Gathers, enters, and/or updates data to maintain department records and databases, establishes and maintains files and records for the department.
Manage the College‘s communication channels (e.g., website, design posters, writing posts...).
Organize quarterly townhall with students and monthly student meeting with the Dean.
Research and develop internship opportunities for the College students.
Other tasks assigned by the Dean.
Support open lectures, joint conferences, international conferences hosted by CAS (e.g., APPSA Conference…).
Support Dean with all external engagement related tasks including exploring and establishing partnership/connection with distinguished guests/ partners in relevant areas both domestically and internationally.
