Air freight supervisor

Ensure accurate and timely billing of shipments, resolving any billing disputes as necessary;
Train and mentor Air freight operations staff, manage a team of air freight operations staff, providing coaching, training, and guidance to ensure high performance and productivity levels;
Report to Country Airfreight Manager.
Ensure Air Operation team to prepare and review air waybills, customs documents, and other relevant documents correctly, monitor shipments, tracking and tracing as necessary, and providing updates to customers timely;
Coordinate with customers, airlines, and agents to ensure smooth and timely handling of shipments;
Manage Air freight operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and regulatory agencies;
Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues related to Air freight operations;
Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to improve efficiency, quality, and service levels;
Develop and maintain customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction;

Skills Required

Experience and Qualifications

Multicultural people management;
Written and spoken English (Mandarin is plus).
Bachelor&039;s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field;
Developing solutions for major customers;
3 years or more experience in working in Air freight logistics/ freight forwarding environment;
Customer/ BD/ Operations Engagement;
Experienced in tools such as Cargo Wise, MS Excel/PPT/SharePoint etc.;
