[DAD] AIR CARGO SALES & RESERVATION TEAM LEADER(This position will work for Air Cargo sector- GSA/GSSA Service)
Working location: 11th Floor, Summit Building, 350 Nguyen Van Linh, Thac Gian, Thanh Khe, Da Nang, Vietnam.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities: Revenue Growth and Air Cargo Customer Management
Sales & Business Development
Execute sales visits to develop and strengthen cooperative relationships with customers.
Market Analysis: Identify and analyze target markets and potential clients within the specified area to achieve committed load factor, Revenue, and Profit targets.
Proactively conduct sales activities (both outdoor and indoor) to agents for cargo to fill up flights.
Negotiate and handle the draft contract with customers.
Customer Relationship & Service Quality Management
Maintain strong relationships with Key Accounts and professionally handle disputes and escalations.
Manage the entire customer lifecycle (current and new customers), providing service information, rates, space availability, and flight schedules.
Address service issues, provide updates, and support customer requirements.
Monitor credit terms and accounts receivable status.
Operations & Internal Coordination
Assign tasks and manage the quality of reservations and customer service.
Manage allocation and flight load to maximize Revenue & Profit.
Follow up and coordinate closely with other departments and customers to comply with the regulations of the Airline principal.
Reporting & Strategy
Communicate developments, trends, and opportunities in the market to management.
Provide strategic recommendations for the Sales strategy.
Complete sales activity reports and performance reports as assigned by the Cargo Supervisor.
Yêu cầu công việc
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Having knowledge about Aircraft type/ULD, Air Cargo is a plus point.
Good in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data analysis.
Strong communication and customer focus.
Be willing to work overtime and follow the airline&039;s work schedule.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Having 2- 3 years of Air Cargo Sales experience at Airlines, co- loader or forwarder companies (air freight sales of forwarders or sales for airlines).
Fluent in English (4 skills) and Vietnamese
Bachelor’s degree in Aviation/Business Administration/Foreign Trade Economic, Logistics, Supply Chain.
Having knowledge of Cargo Industry, customer service processes, procedures & products, and booking tools;
