AI Video Editor Staff - Salary Upto 20,000,000

Production & Editing: Collaborate on ideas and storyboards; directly edit advertising videos, product introduction videos, website videos, etc., ensuring optimization for multiple platforms.
Motion Graphics:
Optimize visuals, audio, AI voiceovers, and transition effects to suit each publishing platform.
Use motion skills to turn dry software features into vivid, easy- to- understand stories.
AI Application (Important): Use AI tools (Leonardo, Kling, etc...) to automate manual tasks and create new content (Text- to- Video)
Management & Style Development: Build a resource library (templates, sounds, intro/outro) and collaborate to define SMIT’s distinctive video style.

Good at English
Experience: Minimum 1 year.
Technical Skills: Required proficiency in CapCut, After Effects.
Mindset & Technology:
Experience with or openness to learning and applying AI in work.
Creative storytelling mindset.
Personal Traits: Proactive, agile, diligent, honest, and responsible.

Salary: VND 9,000,000 – 12,000,000 (negotiable based on capability) + KPI bonus.
