AI Team Leader

- Design, develop, and optimize AI models for speech/audio recognition, NLP, and computer vision.
- Research and apply state- of- the- art AI/ML techniques to improve product performance.
- Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements, propose effective AI solutions, and ensure successful project outcomes.
- Ensure on- time delivery of high- quality deliverables, taking ownership of critical project outcomes.
- Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers: assign tasks, review code, and ensure technical quality.
- Write clean, efficient, and well- documented code.
- Build and manage end- to- end AI pipelines including training, evaluation, deployment, and optimization.
- Participate in presales activities: analyze customer needs, design proof- of- concepts (POCs), and provide technical input for proposals.

- Good command of English (both written and spoken) – able to read research papers, write technical documentation, and communicate with clients.
- Deep expertise in at least one area: speech/audio processing or computer vision; solid understanding of other AI domains.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers) and their practical applications.
- Proactive, responsible, and solution- oriented mindset, with the ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
- Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV, and librosa.
- 4–6+ years of experience in AI/ML development with proven track record of delivering real- world projects.
- Hands- on experience in deploying models from R&D to production (MLOps, model optimization, scaling).
- Leadership experience: managing small teams (3–7 people), mentoring, and coordinating technical tasks.
