AI Team Leader

We are looking for a passionate and experienced AI Team Leader to lead our Core AI Team – the strategic group responsible for building the company’s foundational AI capabilities. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute from ideation to deployment in real- world AI solutions.
- Lead a team of AI engineers in researching and developing cutting- edge AI/ML models, especially Generative AI.
- Design scalable and robust AI system architectures.
- Mentor and coach junior AI team members to foster a strong internal AI talent pool.
- Propose new AI initiatives and keep the company aligned with the latest AI trends.
- Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to integrate AI into internal and- customer- facing software solutions.

Must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, including 2+ years in a technical leadership role.
- Experience with deploying AI models in production environments.
- Proven experience in developing systems using AI tools.
- Strong programming skills in Python; proficient in ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, etc.
- Familiar with NLP, Computer Vision, LLMs (Large Language Models), RAG, Prompt Engineering.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and system- thinking skills.
Nice to have：
- Experience in building and deploying AI systems in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Hands- on experience with AI- related APIs (such as OpenAI)
