JOB PURPOSE
Lead AI R&D to build a next- gen simulation platform for e- commerce, advertising, and supply chain optimization.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to drive measurable impact on growth, efficiency, and decision- making.
Mentor and build a high- performing AI team, cultivating a culture of scientific excellence and innovation.
Shape the company’s AI strategy and infrastructure roadmap, influencing technology choices and ecosystem integration.
Architect scalable AI pipelines- from data ingestion and modeling to experimentation and deployment.
Design and develop advanced AI systems leveraging Reinforcement Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, and deep learning.
Bridge research and applied AI, translating state- of- the- art models into business- ready solutions.
