AI Engineer (Sign-On Bonus)

We are seeking a talented AI Engineer to join our team at Everfit in Danang and Hanoi, a leading platform in the fitness and healthcare industry. As an AI Engineer, you play a pivotal role in shaping our AI strategy and driving next- generation technology (such as Generative AI) in building a vertically integrated digital healthcare ecosystem for our global platform.

A global AI- powered wellness marketplace, connecting millions of coaches and clients.

AI Strategy and Roadmap Execution:

Implement best practices for testing and fine- tuning machine learning models
Collaborate with the AI team to understand the company’s AI strategy and roadmap.
Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within Everfit&039;s AI projects.
Provide frameworks and conduct research to support the execution of AI projects.

Machine Learning Model Development:

Experience with other machine learning models is a plus.
Develop and implement a robust testing framework to evaluate the performance and effectiveness of AI solutions. Collect and analyze user feedback to identify and prioritize areas for continuous improvement.
Monitor the performance of deployed AI models and systems.
Generate reports and dashboards to track key metrics and provide insights to stakeholders
Leverage the latest innovations in GPT- 4 and GPT- 4o, applying them to Everfit AI projects.
Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms.

Cross- functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, designers, and QAs to ensure smooth end- to- end delivery of AI solutions.
Monitor the launching, testing, refining, maintaining, and improving of AI solutions at Everfit.
Support Everfit’s initiatives

Data Infrastructure and Insights:

Drive actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Design data infrastructure to analyze datasets from various sources.
AI System Maintenance and Improvement:
Enhance the accuracy of health and fitness predictions through continuous improvement of AI systems.
Maintain and improve existing AI systems to ensure optimal performance

Experience with machine learning pipelines, and deep learning models (Such as CNN, Transformer- based model, and Large Language Model)
At least 4 year of hands- on experience in Machine Learning, and AI
Strong understanding of data processing and analysis techniques, particularly inhandling health and fitness data.
Experience working with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch.
Proficiency in one of Python, R, or Java.
Be able to communicate effectively in English
Have experience launching different AI products with tabular data, text- based data, images.
[Nice to have]
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
Background in health informatics, wearable technology, or personalized fitness
programs.
Contributions to open- source AI projects or publications in AI research.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Experience with wellness space is a plus
