AI Engineer

Design, develop, and test large- scale data science pipelines and machine learning algorithms.
Develop recommendation model, search for candidates based on user&039;s information.
Research and investigate academic and industrial data mining, machine learning, and modeling techniques for product improvement.
Understand end- user requirements to develop a Recruitment project.
Provide pre- implementation engineering approach & detailed planning for requirements.
Collaborate with different functional teams to implement models into production systems and monitor results.

Required Soft Skills
Demonstrate team spirit and communication skills.
Proficient in API, REST API.
Familiar with Linux/Unix/Shell, Docker.
Experience working with unstructured data related to text, speech, and image analysis.
Academic and Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Software Engineering, Applied Mathematics or related field;
Experience working on chatbot platforms such as Alexa, Watson, Luis, Rasa.
Good interpersonal, self- organizing, problem solving, reasoning and analytical skills.
Have good knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Image Processing, Computer Vision, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Reinforcement learning, Deep Learning Architectures (AutoEncoder, CNN, RNN, BERT, etc. )
Familiar with cloud platforms like AWS/Azure.
Required Skills
Proficient in high- level programming languages, especially Python.
Is An Advantage If Any
Passionate about quality, work productivity and product maintainability.
Has expertise in training NLP models.
Have at least 03 year of Experience or equivalent in developing NLP or other AI solutions.
Knowledge of modern NLP models.
Communicate your ideas and knowledge well to your teammates.
