Customer Engagement & Consultation

Identify opportunities for implementing advanced AI solutions, including AI Agents,
Conduct consultations with enterprise clients to understand business challenges and AI requirements.
LLMs, VLMs, RAG, and Generative AI applications.

Presales Support & Solution Design

Demonstrate FPT.AI advanced solutions through live demos, proof- of- concepts, and presentations.
Respond to RFPs/RFIs and provide technical and business guidance during presales cycles.
Develop tailored AI solution proposals aligned with client objectives, combining multiple AI technologies if needed.

Collaboration & Alignment

Maintain up- to- date knowledge of generative AI trends, LLMs, VLMs, RAG architectures, and other AI research advances.Prepare compelling sales collateral, technical briefs, and case studies for AI solutions.
Work closely with AI engineering, product, and sales teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible and aligned with client expectations.Collect feedback from clients to support product improvement and innovation.Market & Product Knowledge

Ability to design tailored AI solutions that integrate multiple technologies.
Strong understanding of AI technologies including Generative AI, LLM, VLM, RAG, AI Agents.
Team- oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a fast- paced, innovative environment.
Presales or client- facing experience in AI, ML, or advanced technology solutions preferred.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related technical field.
Excellent communication, presentation, and consulting skills; able to explain complex AI concepts to business stakeholders.
Fluency in English (written & spoken) is required.
