AI Consultant (AI Lab)

Provide technical pre- sales support for internal group and external customer
Building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, understand and negotiate needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders
Collaborate with Product Managers to access business requirements, provide necessary guidance to customer during consulting process
Collaborate with the AI delivery team to complement customer solutions
Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFP/REQ/TOR within stipulated timelines
Identify improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive)
Liaising with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements
Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes
Design AI solution in response to the client&039;s requirement
Organising, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept (POC) demonstrations.
Collaborate with Sales team & Present AI capabilities to customers & prospects
Working closely with Sales to ensure successful closure of the sales process
Ensuring solutions stated in the Statement of Work are best practice and in line with client requirements
Prepare and deliver statement of work detailing the technical & commercial proposal to theclients
Defining the features & scope & implement the POCs for all stated requirements
Developing solutions for new clients/industries
Organize meetings with customers regularly to review POC plans and deadlines, create meeting schedules and meeting minutes.
Identify ways to increase adoption and customer satisfaction

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project
Ability to research and stay updated on industry developments
Proactive attitude and strong team collaboration skills
At least 2 years of working experience as a Pre- sales Engineer/Consultant
High standards for product quality
Fast learner with a strong desire to explore and apply new technologies
Experience working with large corporates in the Banking, Finance, Securities, and Insurance sectors
Effective stakeholder engagement and leadership capabilities
Good presentation and negotiation skills (both verbal and written)
Knowledgeable in AI applications such as chatbot, voicebot, eKYC, OCR, and others
Strong communication, problem- solving, time management, and analytical thinking
