AI Coach

Track AI adoption metrics and collaborate with teams to measure productivity and quality improvements.
Define and share AI best practices, guidelines, and playbooks.
Deliver workshops, demos, and coaching sessions to teams.
Coach agile teams on effective and responsible use of AI tools in daily work.
Identify, and promote AI use cases across agile/scrum workflows.
Support teams to establish AI governance and compliance guidelines.

At least 5 years of experience in software engineering or related technical roles.
Experience coaching/mentoring technical teams.
Fluent in English.
Good understanding of AI coding models (e.g., GPT- 5.x- Codex, Claude Sonnet/Opus, Gemini, or similar).
Experience integrating of AI- assisted practices across the SDLC is a plus.
Hands- on experience using AI coding tools/assistants in real development work (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, ChatGPT, or similar).
Good understanding of prompt engineering, agentic workflows, and limitations.
